Shipping and Delivery

Your order will be shipped once the manufacturing process is complete (for table knives, folding knives and wine stewards). If you have any questions about our manufacturing times, please read our FAQ.

To receive your order at your place of work during office hours, we recommend that you choose delivery by carrier with parcel tracking (DPD for metropolitan France and Europe, DPD/DHL for all other countries).

The orders in the range "The table", the boxes, displays and sharpening equipment are delivered only by carrier (DPD/DHL) with tracking of the package.

Information on the modes of transport

La Poste - Delivery in a letter box at your home. Please note that there is no tracking system. Valid worldwide.
Shipping is free for any order of one or more folding knife(s) or wine steward(s) (All destinations, worldwide).
This offer does not apply to items in the Steak Knives range, nor to display boxes, display racks and sharpening equipment and via our other carriers.

DPD Pickup - Delivery in a relay point near you, tracking service available. Order to be collected within 15 days after receipt of the package by the selected relay point. Valid only in metropolitan France.

DPD France - Home delivery with tracking service on the Internet. Valid only in metropolitan France.

DPD Europe - Home delivery with tracking service on the Internet. Valid only in Europe.

DHL/Fedex - Delivery in Europe (except EU) and worldwide at home, with tracking service on the Internet.
