Knifemaking workshop
With Fontenille Pataud, experience the complete process of crafting your own Le Thiers® knife in our workshop. Alongside our skilled cutlers, you will discover the exceptional expertise of this craftsmanship.
File work, fitting, assembly, shaping, polishing... you will perform all the steps of the manufacturing process from A to Z, always guided by one of our artisans.
Step into the shoes of a Fontenille Pataud cutler and enjoy a unique experience at the heart of our workshop located in the legendary Valley of Factories in Thiers, the French capital of cutlery. You will leave having explored every aspect of our trade and, most importantly, with a knife made by your own hands.
